With notable roles at Equatorial Energia and Pátria Investimentos, Clayton also excelled at Burger King Brazil, where he was one of the founders and leaders of the company’s IPO. At Scala, is responsible for all financial management, procurement, and investor relations.

He has worked on infrastructure projects for companies such as Andrade Gutierrez and Galvão Group.

With a background in Mathematics and Systems Engineering, along with extension courses in business from institutions such as HBS, Stanford, MIT, and Babson College, he worked as a scientific researcher at COPPE/UFRJ and the IBM Scientific Center. He founded companies in Brazil and abroad, being recognized as the “Global Endeavor Entrepreneur of the Year” in 2001. Developed and led “IBM Open Ventures,” the company’s Open Innovation unit. He is a professor at FDC and currently serves as the Chief of Staff at Scala Data Centers.
