Despite the crisis and the obstacles generated by the Covi-19 pandemic, Scala Data Centers, one of the main hyper-scalable data center platforms in Brazil, has been keeping up its plans for growth.

The company is currently seeking 60 professionals in the areas of Data Center Operations, Finance, Projects, Sales, Quality and Processes, Service Desk, Market Intelligence, Architecture, Products and Sales.

The disclosure of these vacancies reinforces the expansion strategy of Digital Colony, which founded Scala Data Centers in April this year and continues to invest in the country and in Latin America.

“We are looking for professionals with a multitasking, entrepreneurial profile and willingness to work in an extremely dynamic environment and build a solid company, which will expand and seek market leadership in the coming years in Brazil and Latin America”, highlights Leandro Sulinscki, People & Management director at Scala Data Centers.

These professionals will work in “an office in the Alphaville region where the Latin America headquarter will be installed, from where all strategic activities will be developed and the company’s service center and command center, responsible for monitoring all assets, will be installed. data centers and networks, as well as the security structure.”

The candidate will be able to follow the disclosure of vacancies through the LinkedIn page and apply through the e-mail  recrutamento@scaladatacenters.com.

In addition to the conventional recruitment and selection steps that involve the search, identification and selection of talents, the candidate will also conduct video conference interviews in three phases. The first with the People & Management team and the others with company executives and direct superiors in the area.

“At this moment, Scala is experiencing a unique combination of factors, such as the increased demand for digital infrastructure in the world, the expansion of this market in Brazil (which is considered timid in relation to the rest of the world), and the willingness of Digital Colony to invest in the region. It is in this context that we feel privileged in relation to other sectors and we will take advantage of all opportunities”, reinforces the executive.

Scala Data Centers is based on Colocation, Edge Computing and data center innovation services, providing digital infrastructure to large corporations. In its first year of operation, the company was positioned as a leader in Colocation services (according to the Information Services Group (ISG) Provider Lens quadrant) and positioned as one of the three main investors in Colocation services for data centers in Brazil (according to research conducted by the American Arizton Institute).
