Training and Education on the Code of Ethics and Conduct
At Scala Data Centers, integrity and high standards of business conduct are fundamental. The Supplier Code of Conduct sets ethical and socio-environmental criteria for all partners, ensuring that our operations are transparent and responsible.
To ensure adherence to these standards, we regularly offer training programs to our suppliers. These training sessions strengthen the value chain with ethical practices and standardized processes, leading to more resilient and competitive business relationships.
